I feel better not watching it and releasing semen too. More energy and full of life. Im more motivated to look at girls and TRY to talk to them. I don’t know how to approach girls so talking never happens. I freeze up.

I hope i can stop edging.

Ed September 26, 2012 at 3:45 am Day 87 and have also been practising some innergame meditation. Have edged just once, in that time. Deadlifted 147.5 kg 4 x 5, and am hitting some new pbs in the gym.

Rasko Eel September 30, 2012 at 5:25 am It just seems that I can’t get to day 7 without having at least one nocturnal emission. I know they don’t count, so in fact I did make it past day 7. However, it doens’t feel like a complete abstinence. I really need to find a way to stop them if that is even possible.

Sadly, a few days ago I relapsed after abstaining for like 3 weeks (from pictures, not porn). And now I fully know I won’t go back to it again. It just wasn’t that exciting anymore. Abstaining gives me more self esteem and a more relaxed attitude when i’m with girls. Seeing the benefits of that, I think I will never go back to masturbation.
